Software is just how we get there. I've been building and shipping it for 30 years. From Fortune 100 companies to small local businesses that needed something working by Monday.

A lot of that time has been getting inside the business: coaching teams, running agile transformations, mapping value chains, and tightening workflows that waste people's days.

I tinker, hack, create, and bend code to get the actual business outcome we're after. No flexing the ego with overly complicated systems full of waste. Just what's needed, without the fluff.

Always an early adopter, I've been building and experimenting with LLM-driven agentic AI since the GPT-3 days. I run the experiments myself and keep the parts that hold up in production.
